This were so freaken good. The meat just melted in your mouth. Great with backed potato or slaw. Don't forget the baked beans!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs ribs with bone or without bone, your choice I used with bone
- 1/3 cup mayple syrup
- 1/3 cups soy sauce
- minced onion to taste
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 tsp all spice
- garlic powder to taste
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp worcestershire
- 1/4 cup water
Directions:
- combine all but meat in a bowl and mix
- place ribs in crockpot
- pour mix on top
- low 6 to 8 hours until done high 3 to 4 hours
- The longer they cook, the softer the meat, cook to your liking
